Chic Hotel Santorini - Firostefani

Good hotel with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and an outdoor pool. The staff helped me recover my lost ID during my first visit, which I greatly appreciated. I recommend checking in early to enjoy the amenities. I'll be back for Christmas!

The heater, plenty of spaces, hot water, kitchenet in room

Rude owner, very moist in the room, bad smell in the bathroom, too many electric wires in front of the hotel, carrying the luggages down and up the many stairs without any help, expensive port pick-up.

Well decorated and brand-new rooms with jacuzzi with incredible views. A great selection of savoury and plentiful breakfast options.

The Junior Suite had the most very nice view! The bed was super comfy. The indoor spa bath was a nice touch. Plus, the decor had this cozy vibe that just felt right. Really loved having breakfast served on the porch with that amazing backdrop. Only minor issue was some noise from outside, but it didn't ruin the stay at all.

The Chic Hotel Santorini boasts beautifully decorated common areas with amazing caldera views. The staff were attentive, providing excellent accessibility.

More shaded seating around the pool would be beneficial.

Zero privacy, although it is the nature of hotels in this area, there is no privacy. Our neighbors were very annoying and constantly talked on their phone and as there is no separation it ruined many mornings. We ended up not wanting to sit on the balcony due to peering eyes. Overpriced breakfast.

Good location, near shops & restaurants. Breakfasts by the patio overlooking the Caldera. However, unless you request for porter service at Euro 5 per trip .. be prepared to carry your own luggage about two flights of steps down the slope.

Chic Hotel Santorini offers amazing views that take your breath away. The staff is friendly, always ready to help. Our suite was very comfortable, with soft linens and amazing amenities. We loved having our breakfast served on the porch, surrounded by that fine vista.

Nothing really bothered us .

The position was excellent - close enough to easily walk into Thira but just far enough away to avoid the daily onslaught of guided tours for tourists from the cruise ships.The view from our little verandah was a great spot to watch the famous sunset. We even had great views from our indoor table and our bed. Even the little pool was used after walking up the 588 steps and beating the donkeys! Coffee shops, restaurants and mini supermarket were around the corner.

The only minor drawback was the electrical wiring on poles adding to our famous view. Not really a drawback as photos could be taken avoiding them.

The swimingpool could be amazing without the wall or fence, to see the sea and the caldera inside the pool.

The Chic Hotel Santorini amazed me with its fine views and really good service. Staying in the Junior Suite with Indoor Spa Bath, I appreciated the cozy atmosphere and the beautiful sight of the caldera right from my room. Kostas and Fay were friendly, always available with helpful recommendations for local spots. The breakfast served on my private terrace was such a good way to start each day, with those amazing views as my backdrop. The only downside was the bathroom lighting, which could definitely improve for better visibility during my morning routine. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfy, really making me feel at home. I didn't experience any significant issues, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Planning my return soon!

This accommodation had a very central setting by Marina who immediately offered us breakfast on the terrace overlooking the deep blue Aegean-a great way to start the day. We tried some drinks at restaurant Mylos Bar Restaurant, located 5 minutes walk away. We booked junior suite with shared balcony, a hot tub, for example.

Our stay was made nice by the amazing views from our room and the kind staff who prepared a special vegan breakfast for us each morning.
